What do you want for Christmas

I took the girls to see Santa Last Saturday they were really shy but Cute. They told him what they wanted. A disney Cash register and a baby doll.

Sisters

I love my sisters. We have tons of fun together. This year I took Jamie , Stacy and Nicole with me and friend to the Black Friday Sales this was their first time it was fun to watch them amazed at how crazy it can get. I loved it. We were all together for thanksgiving. They are such a blessing to have when you need to have a good cry or a laugh I have to talk to one of them at least one or twice a
week.

Giving Thanks

I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. I know this year brought a new meaning to giving thanks. We had a little scare with Addison if any of you know that she is a hoover vaccum cleaner. On Wednesday night I was at Grandma Wings house playing cards. K'Lee and cousins were downstairs playing Addison followed I had gone down and told K'Lee to watch her. A little bit later K'Lee came up and said that Addison had something in her mouth and she couldn't get it out so I went down as I got to the bottom of the stairs the cousins were yelling she is blue I ran to her and tried with my fingers to get it but it wouldn't come out so I did the hemlick on her I got it enough to make her throw up I sent K'Lee to get E'leesha she ran up crying and yelling for E'leesha I quickly followed and tried one more time to get it out with the himlick she threw up again and it came out (a washer for a blot). E'leesha grabbed her and said it's out she normal color I was in shock for a bit. Now I'm always checking her mouth and watching her. I have come to be thankful for the himleck manuver and the knowledge that I had to act on it. It bring a new meaning to Thankful. Sorry for the ramble, I found myself reflecting on what can I be thankful for. I have now been writing in a journal on what I'm thankful for everyday. I hope that as a person I can be more grateful for things in my life and not what I don't have. Sending a happy thanksgiving late. Have happy holidays

28

I just recently had my birthday and , have not decided if being 28 is that cool. TJ and the kids surprised me with preasent in bed that was really nice. K'Lee was so excited to give her present to me and to show what she picked out for Addison gave me. I received some wonderful gifts. And have been having fun using them. K'Lee and Addison got to stay with Grandma Cid and Poppa Boyd that evening while TJ took me to dinner. So I guess if I could have that presents and dinner and not get a year older that would be great. I know I know I'm that old but to me It just means that I'm getting closer. Sunday morning K'Lee wanted to know what happened to the birthday party and cake and ice cream. I told her that daddy wanted to take me out for dinner so I didn't get cake and ice cream she said oh and walked off later that day she came up to me with a play plate and ssid mom here is your cake and ice cream for your birthday and gave me a hug and kiss then sang happy birthday to me. She smiled and said that she couldn't give me real cake because she was to little to make one. I almost started crying for her being such a wonderful and thoughtful child to care that I had pretend cake and ice cream. I makes me even prouder to be her mom. So maybe in the long run it's o.k. to get older if I get pretend cake and ice cream.

Just a few pictures

I finally have pictures of our family and all the cool thing that we have done in the last little while.

The circus we went with our cousins Luke and Seth K'Lee loved the circus she wanted to go and touch the elephants and see the clowns she was on her edge of the seat the whole time. Addison liked it until the very end and then she was completely done. We went out in the food area and watched the very last on the T
V. It was a fun experiance for us. They slept the whole way hone and all night NICE.

Super Girls K'Lee had a friend over Avyree and they the whole time played Super Girls they had super powers of flying and being nice to each other at least they were cool powers. They love to play with each other so much. They took dance together last year and became the best of friends. They don't get to see each other a lot anymore due to schedule different with preschool and not in dance anymore. Avyree take rising stars (singing group). But when they are together what a favorite day for both. I'm so glad that K'Lee has a friend to explore the world with.

Look mom I can walk my sweet Addison has learned to walk she is such a determined little girl she was walking here and there but not a lot much rather crawl then walk. Then one night she would do a couple of steps then fall and up and few steps and fall down she did this all evening by bedtime she was walking the whole area from kitchen to couch in living room the next morning did the hall so she was really walking in two days and is running I love watch them learn and grow.

We went to the powder puff game homecoming week to watch TJ cousin Kelli play the girls were dressed so warm but had tons of fun rolling down the hill and play with all the kids that were there. K'Lee was excited to wear her new cool coat that she got to pick out. Addison loves the outside rain or shine she was just having fun walking and running out in the grass. She did not like the gloves.

The dinosaur park in Ogden was tons of fun we went some friends the Nates, K'Lee was so excited to see the dinosaurs but when she could hear the noises she was not so sure. I had to explain to her that the noises where coming from a CD player and then on speakers , she finally was ok after that and then had tons of fun. Addison just kept pointing and going ohoh. She would clap and laugh.

Happy Birthday to Addison she is the big ONE!! What a wonderful year to watch her grow and learn new things I am so thankful to be able to stay home to watch and teach them things. I love that I can experance these things with them. And that I get to play with them all day long. So Happy Birthday and may you have many more.

Ouch! Need I say more. Addison received her very first big goose egg of her walking years. The sad thing is I have no idea what happend or when she received it. All I can figure out is that she received it while I was in the shower because I did hear her crying, but I thought that K'Lee was picking on her , due to the fact that K'Lee never came in and said said mom Addison fell down. Where she never did that I just came to the thought that K'Lee was picking on her. But I did not even know she had anything until later that morning when I was changing her diaper. And I saw it I was on the phone to a friend when I notice and I was like Holy cow what happened, my friend was like what and I proceeded to tell what I saw. So I had to take the picture of the egg. I felt bad that I was not around when it happened. But I guess when your a mom and no matter how you try to protect them from dangers they will find something to hurt themselves on.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! K'Lee and Addison loved to dress up for Halloween. K'Lee loved being a witch she wanted to be scary so we tried hard to make her scary but not to We sprayed her hair green and white. And drew spider webs and spiders on her hands and face. Addison was a Bear and a cute on at that she was not sure what to do when we put makeup on her . She knew that she was cute though at the party she was walking around and would smile and laugh at everybody when they would look at her. Did the trunk or treat and received more than enough candy. But they had tons of fun. K'Lee is already making plans at what she wants to be for next Halloween. I;m sure it will change several times before then. Hope you all had a safe and wonderful Halloween.

I know this was a long blog but I like to have a few pictures to show what the family had been doing I promise that I will be showing more pictures with shoter blogs.

Birthday

Addison has celebrated her first birthday it's so amazing how much she has changed I had time to myself on her birthday to reminisce about her and what it took to get her here in our life. Trying for a year and ending on fertility drugs I would never had traded those days, yes it was painful but I have her a sweet and lovable girl. She is walking and thinking that she can do whatever her big sister does. We say she is a big personality in a little body. We love her and wish her a many wonderful years. I promise that there will be pictures next time

Sickness

Here I am sitting here sick and I mean sick. Sweet Addison got the flu first my what a trooper she would throw up cry a little , I would give her a hug and rub her back she would proceed to come back up with a huge smile and want to play. This lasted just friday. Saturday K'Lee proceeded with it she would be sick and cry and cry wanted me to hold her and cuddle her let and would lay there. She was mad at me because she could not lay on the bed for awhile because at the time I was doing laundry and cleaning out their room so I had clothes everywhere she was able to lay on the bed later and was comforatable . Later that night TJ asked me if I was feeling OK I said why he said that I looked a little tired and flushed I turned to him Moms don't get sick. Guess what THEY DO!! I have never felt this sick since I was a kid. And thrown up this much either, not even when I was pregnant just woozy. Sorry no pictures yet I am trying get all my pictures on one computer.

Pinching your pennies

I don't know about you guys but I like to find good deals and walk away knowing that I saved money. A few of the ladies in my ward learned this thing with coupons, they have been trying to get me to do it for a few months but I was not so inclined in to cutting coupons. Just give me the deal without coupons. Well guess what I decided to try just once yes just once. I cut and collected the coupons from my mom and Grandma Wing and then from a friend from the ward. I had another friend helped me at the store by showing me how it works. As I was putting the stuff into the cart I was getting kinda worried because I was getting stuff that we as a family likes but don't get often due to the price. We got up to the check stand and I watched my total get higher and higher and then I handed the coupons over, and I proceeded to watch my total get lower and lower by the end I had saver over $50 bucks now I walked out of there very proud of myself and not only that but also felt that I have contributed to the family by saving money and I am hooked I have saved over the last month $250 dollars. I think I am in love with saving. There is a website if you ever want to check it out. www.pinchingyourpennies.com . It's such a rush to watch the money you save. And the husbands like it they just won't admit it I have even shown my mom. It has also helped with our food storage. I hope you all check out the website and happy shopping!!

Go Broncos

This past week has been fun. TJ went to a Denver Bronco game with his mom , aunt Tammy and cousin Britany. He had lots of fun even though the Broncos lost. This has become a tridition for Cindy ( TJ mom) to take a family member to the game. She is the Broncos biggest fan. While TJ was away the girls and I had some fun of our own. Friday night we had some of the girls friends over to play after they left we had some ice cream and went to bed. Saturday I took them to Logan and played, and then had a girlfriend of mine and her three kids come over and play and watch movies ate pizza and made cookies with ice cream. It was nice to play and enjoy the kids without the worry of other stuff and just really watch and learn about your children. It makes
me feel blessed and proud to be a mom

September

BUSY need I say more. Preschool, Dance, Busy. We celebrated K'Lee 4th Birthday. She had a Princess Cake, and lots of family over for the event. She was very excited the whole day about opening presents and eating cake and ice cream. K'Lee has also started preschool she is having fun learning and playing with a whole bunch of new kids as she puts it. I have not learned any names yet so we will see.

Addison was entered into the Baby Contest no winnings but lots of fun. She liked the stuff on the stage. She has received 4 teeth in 4 days. And has a Sinus Infection to top it off. So we have had a rough couple of weeks. She has decided that climbing is more fun then to stay on the ground I have found her on the kitchen table, my bed and the couches with a little help from K'Lee on the couches I have not decided if this is a good thing or bad I will get back to you on that.

As for the family we are just having fun and enjoying the cool weather. TJ is liking his new job in Preston and being busy. I have been trying to keep up with the kids and TJ. We have been going to Jamie's volleyball games and having fun watching her. She is a good little player. We are also counting the days until Stacy and Nicole and family comes home from Alaska we are so excited to see how much Olivia has grown and play with aunt Stacy. I will promise to much better with our blog and keep everyone updated with our fun Burbank life.

Update

I know I know I have been slacking on my blog. I have been very busy with life and kids. We as a family have been adjusting to having daddy home more often and actually not working at the house on projects for the jobs. We have been getting ready for preschool and dance. K'Lee has been so excited for these new adventures in life. She is doing a duet in dance to the cookie dance it's been fun for both of us because I get to help her practice the dance so I get excersie for about 30 minutes a day. Addison loves to help us dance and clap she is such a happy girl and loves to be by mommy all the time. Addison has decided to climb instead of learning to walk, she has been on the kitchen table, my bed, up the stairs and the couches. I love my life and watching the kids learn new things every day it is such a honor to be a parent and help our heavenly father raise these sweet spirits I know that with prayer and love from our heavenly father we cn help them be the best they can be. I will post pictures next time.

Events

Our family has been very busy these last weeks. TJ had his 26th birthday Happy Birthday to him. K'Lee has been doing a cheerleading camp and she loved it she will go into her room and do cheers or bust a cheer out for us when she feels like it. Addison has been getting quite a personality she loves to squeal and play with her sister she is into everything and I mean everything. I have been just trying to keep up with the family. I am a teacher in the Sunday School for the 16 and 17 year olds. We are making a big move in August, TJ will be quiting Hyclone and will be working for Last Mile full time. We are getting excited hoping that will give us more family time we hope. We are just doing what everyone else is doing just going and going

Swimming

Swimming what can I say, ever since K'Lee was young I tried to take her swimming a couple of times a summer when I was pregant with Addison not so much but every time I did take K'Lee we would go through the fun of 45 minutes of crying and screaming about how she did not like the pool. So this year I put her in swim lessons hoping this would help her feel better in the water WRONG. There we were 45 mintues crying and screaming, it's a good thing that Addison loved the water while getting K'Lee to calm down and happy Addison was playing in her intertube splashing and kicking what a differencel. By the end of the day K'Lee was having fun Addison was tired and I was burned to a crisp. As we were leaving K'Lee told me mom that was so much fun when can we go again.

Happy 4th of July

We enjoyed a very big parade with lots of fun and candy, a great cookout with family and friends and a great nap, with a great big finish at the Lewiston fireworks. The kids loved the pretty colors. K'Lee was very brave and held a sparkler and help dad with the fireworks that we lit before the real big ones. Addison was just enjoying crawling on the blanket and playing with the glow bracelet that we gave her. It's so great being a parent and watching the awe in their faces as they see and learn new things and we can share that awe with them. We had them all ready for bed so on the way home they could fall asleep and we could put them in their beds. K'Lee wanted to wear the cowgirl boots with her strawberry shortcake nightgown along with her tinkerbell pants. She informed as she was getting dress that she got to wear all her favorite things at once, and that was cool. What could a mom say to that?

Pink Cowgirl Boots

We thought that we would like to keep in touch with our family and friends. It's hard to keep up with everyone and what their family it doing. So we decided to set up a blog about our family and what we are doing. The summer started with a bang. By getting the girls PINK cowgirl boots for the Famous Preston Night Rodeo. K'Lee thinks that she is very cool with these boots. She wanted to wear them to bed the first night we got them. Addison just wants to crawl what busy girls
