Zoo

For our cousin Luke's Birthday he invited us to the zoo. We had so much fun with them seeing the animals and hanging out with the cousin's. Thank You Luke and Happy Birthday again.

Swimming Lessons

At the beginning of the Summer we started with swimming lesson's this was Addison's first time and K'Lee third time. I was very impressed with the teachers and with how much the girls learned. K'Lee has improved so much this year. She has learned to swim under the water and jump off the side which she never did before. And become more confident in the water. Addison learned to do the superwoman float. blow bubbles and she is now putting her whole face in the water.

One of the days I took all three kids to the pool and I have a water baby Tucker loves the water. I put him in his tube and he walked around in the swallow part and blew bubbles, giggled and blew bubbles with the girls.

Summer Bucket List

Everybody has a bucket list it maybe things you want to do in a year, or a month or even in a lifetime. We decided to have a Summer Bucket list since K'Lee will be in first grade this next school year and Addison going to pre-school I thought it would be fun to have a Bucket List. I sat down with the kids and make a list. The first thing was.
Swimming (anything to do with water we love.)
Run through the sprinklers
Bear Lake
Go to the home Lake (this is glendale and they love it.)
Go to a water park.
See we like water.
Go on Bike Rides
Finish the front lawn area( mom's idea)
Sleeping on the Tramp
Camping
Camp Fires
Hiking to the head of the river.
4 wheeler Rides
Zoo
So we have done some of the things and I hope we can continue to have fun this summer.

Kindergarten Graduation

My baby girl has grown up and become a mini adult. We had a busy fun week the last week of school. The whole school did a amazing program it was done with grades k to 5th grade they did dances and songs K"Lee's favorite part was singing "It's A Small World"and doing their dance. It was really cute she kept asking me if it was o.k. to dance with a boy, and I kept replying "yes, as long as there is no kissing." She then would proceed to roll her eyes at me.

Next was K'Lee's graduation her teacher had a cute program that the kids did with a letter's and songs. LOVED IT!!
We loved her teacher this year she is such a great lady. She has helped K'Lee with the bus problem and been very understanding. I have such a long list of things I could say about Mrs. Murray and all the great things she has done for K'Lee but all I can say is she is Awesome. I hope I can be so lucky and get a another great teacher that can keep K'Lee excited about learning and a first time mom questions answered. THANK YOU THANK YOU Mrs. Murray.
K'Lee has grown so much this year in everything from height to knowledge to learning new things. she came home every day with something new to tell me. She is a social butterfly and came home with a new friend everyday. She has made a very special friend Sydney whom we love and hope they can stay friends always.

This is her and Friend Sydney. (she is the little girl with the dark hair.)

Boy Parts.

Yes I did label that right. And Yes we finally had the discussion of what are boy parts in our house this past week. Yes I was totally and completely uncomfortable about discussing boy parts with my girls, I knew that we would have the discussion I have been reading on how to discuss it and what to call the parts girls and boys and how to NOT be embarrassed. Well none of the advice helped when the time came, I think I was getting excited that the girls had not noticed. When we told the girls that the baby was a boy K'Lee asked how we could tell and at that time we told her that we would show her how when the baby came home. She never asked after Tucker came home, so I thought I was home free WRONG again kids love throwing you a loop don't they. So the conversation went like this.
K'Lee "Mom what is that between Tuckers legs."
ME. "UMM."
Addison "Yeah mom what is that."
Me. " Well that is Tucker's boy parts"
K'Lee and Addison" Well what's it's name."
Me (thinking in my head crap, crap, crap)" Well there are several names for it but it's called the Penis." Yes I called it by the correct name I figured if I changed the name I would have a ton of other questions.
K'Lee " Oh well then what is our girls parts called." Yes we just called them girl parts.
Me. " Well the girl parts are call the vagina."
Addison " Mom can we tell our friends what girl and boy parts are called."
Me "NO NO NO this is something that we just keep in the home."
By this point I am sweating feeling rather nausea about the whole thing and thinking what the crap are my kids going to be telling their friends, teachers and so forth.
So now the talk is been done about how boys are girls are different. Maybe now I can tag team and TJ can the sex talk right?
I love kids. Now just hope they are not telling their friends. When I was having this talk I was thinking of Kindergarten Cop and the weird twin girls standing up and telling Arnold what girls and boys have YIKES!! Is all I can say.
