Boy Parts.

Yes I did label that right. And Yes we finally had the discussion of what are boy parts in our house this past week. Yes I was totally and completely uncomfortable about discussing boy parts with my girls, I knew that we would have the discussion I have been reading on how to discuss it and what to call the parts girls and boys and how to NOT be embarrassed. Well none of the advice helped when the time came, I think I was getting excited that the girls had not noticed. When we told the girls that the baby was a boy K'Lee asked how we could tell and at that time we told her that we would show her how when the baby came home. She never asked after Tucker came home, so I thought I was home free WRONG again kids love throwing you a loop don't they. So the conversation went like this.
K'Lee "Mom what is that between Tuckers legs."
ME. "UMM."
Addison "Yeah mom what is that."
Me. " Well that is Tucker's boy parts"
K'Lee and Addison" Well what's it's name."
Me (thinking in my head crap, crap, crap)" Well there are several names for it but it's called the Penis." Yes I called it by the correct name I figured if I changed the name I would have a ton of other questions.
K'Lee " Oh well then what is our girls parts called." Yes we just called them girl parts.
Me. " Well the girl parts are call the vagina."
Addison " Mom can we tell our friends what girl and boy parts are called."
Me "NO NO NO this is something that we just keep in the home."
By this point I am sweating feeling rather nausea about the whole thing and thinking what the crap are my kids going to be telling their friends, teachers and so forth.
So now the talk is been done about how boys are girls are different. Maybe now I can tag team and TJ can the sex talk right?
I love kids. Now just hope they are not telling their friends. When I was having this talk I was thinking of Kindergarten Cop and the weird twin girls standing up and telling Arnold what girls and boys have YIKES!! Is all I can say.

Spoons.

Ok I don't know about you people out there but lately I seem to run out of spoons quite a lot lately, I used to have oodles of them but they seem to just disappear, I swear I only just wash them and then their gone. So my whole thought is what the heck where did the spoons go, so I have looked in the sand and outside no spoons so my questions are where are the my spoons.

We Traded Babies

We cut Tucker's hair again it was getting so long and TJ kept saying "Hey little girl." So I decided that it was time for Tucker to receive a new due. After the Hair Cut he looks like a new kid.

This picture was taken when he was two months old.

This is when Tucker is about 9 1/2 months old.

My new little boy.

Sunny Days.

Since the weather has been so very weird we have loved the weather the last couple of days. Here are some fun pictures. It's been very funny to watch Tucker get the grass and sand and has loved every mintue of it. When the girls bring him in he sits by the door with a very pouty face and yells until someone will come to his rescue and take him back outside. I have loved watching the girls play with Tucker outside and show him all the new things.

The Finales

So these last couple of weeks have been filled with the end of the year things. Addison Dance recital, K'Lee's tumbling showcase and K'Lee's last soccer game. I love watching these and seeing how much they have learned and grown from their classes. We want to thank all their wonderful teacher for loving them and teaching them all these fun new things.

Addison dance recital and her friend Sayge.

This is K'Lee Tumbling showcase and the best picture I could find with her is action. What a very flexible little girl.

K'Lee last soccer game. She has learned so much thanks to a great coach teaching her not to be scared by the end of this year she has scored 4 goals. I was very disappointed at first due to the fact I missed her first two goals from being at Young Women's but the last game two goals I was so happy for her now we owe her a great big ice cream sundae. She has grown with lots of new confidence.

Tuckers New Trickes

Tucker has become quite the little showoff. Whenever he has found something new or done something very cool. He has tried it, and is very proud of himself. And mommy can't resist to laugh and smile.

Tucker found K'Lee's plant and decided that he needed to eat the plant. I thought it was safe for a few more days. Mom was wrong. New trick pulling himself on things and getting into trouble.

Found the dishwasher and thinks it's so much fun to climb into it this is a very pround moment for him.
